Pre-Booking

2.1 Rental Fee: The Renter agrees to pay the Rental Company a rental fee of $124 per week for the duration of the rental period.

2.2 Security Deposit: The Renter shall provide a security deposit in the amount of $200 to Benjamin Turner (Director). The security deposit will be refunded to the Renter upon the return of the Motorcycle in the same condition as when it was rented, subject to any deductions for damages or outstanding fees.

2.3 Age and License Requirements:

• The Renter must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid driver’s license throughout the rental period.
• The must present a valid identification document (such as a passport or ID card) and motorcycle license.

2.4 Use of the Motorcycle:

• The Renter agrees to use the Motorcycle solely for personal use and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The Renter shall not use the Motorcycle for any illegal purposes, racing, or stunts.
• The Renter shall not operate the Motorcycle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that impair driving ability.

2.5 Maintenance and Repairs:

• The Renter agrees to return the Motorcycle in the same condition as when it was rented. Any damage to the bike will invoke an insurance claim for repairs. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the Motorcycle during the rental period and will be liable for the cost of repairs.
• The Renter shall promptly notify the Rental Company of any accidents, breakdowns, or damage to the Motorcycle. Parking fines, Toll Road Charges and Speeding fines will be billed to the rider for the dated contract period, any payment will be due.

2.6 Insurance: The Rental Company provides insurance coverage for the Motorcycle with an excess of $750 in the case where the bike is damaged beyond reasonable repair or an insurance claim is required for any accident. Minor scratch repairs to the bike can be fixed for $250 – $400 per panel. The Renter shall be responsible for any deductible or costs not covered by the insurance.

2.7 Prohibited Activities:

• The Renter shall not sublease, lend, or assign the Motorcycle to any other person.
• The Renter shall not tamper with or modify the Motorcycle’s engine, parts, or equipment.

2.8 Return of Motorcycle: The Renter agrees to return the Motorcycle to the Rental Company’s designated location at the end of the rental period, in the same condition as when it was rented, with a full tank of fuel.

2.9 Minimum Rental Period: The minimum rental period is 3 weeks. The Renter agrees to rent the Motorcycle for a minimum of 3 weeks.
